Casa adobe’s guest room and area’s are decorated with a traditional Mexican motif but still have the comfort of more modern amenities like wireless internet. In addition, our three guest rooms face an interior flowering courtyard where one There you can lounge in a hammock and savor a fresh cup of organic Oaxacan coffee, or a Mexican style hot chocolate. On our upstairs terrace you have a beautiful view of the surrounding Sierra Madre mountains.

From our home, bike or walk to neighboring Santa Maria el Tule and visit the revered 2000 years-old Tule Tree, one of the largest trees in the Americas. We are also close to Teotitlan del Valle, where Teotitecos weave intricate woolen rugs using dying techniques thousands of years old. A few more minutes down the road by bus will take you to the little known pre-Colombian ruins of Dainzu, Yagul and Lambityeco, then continue on to Mitla and the famous market of Tlacolula.
